Transportation

If you're coming in from out of town, we recommend flying into Denver International Airport. It is a 45 minute trip from the airport to downtown Denver, where the events will take place. There are various transportation options available to you, should you wish to avoid renting a car.

A recently opened train runs from Denver International Airport to Union Station, downtown Denver. Cabs are available for about $60 each way between downtown and the airport. Uber X/XL is available on the 4th floor on each side of the terminal, and may be requested via the app.

We will be providing bussing between the hotels and ceremony and reception sites, and Uber is readily available downtown for any other transportation needs you may have.

Things to Do

In addition to our wedding, we hope you check out some of the great things the city has to offer.

  1. The Denver Art Museum will be hosting a Star Wars exhibit that we hope you check out in your free time!
  2. Amazing skiing is only a few hours west of Denver. Our favorite resorts include: Vail (where we got engaged!), Beaver Creek, A-basin, and Loveland. You can arrange transportation to Vail and Beaver Creek here
  3. Denver is home to 58 craft breweries, second most of  any city in the U.S. Some of the most popular tours may be found here
  4. New restaurants pop up every day in Denver. For the most current list of the best eats, check out this site. Otherwise, our standbys include: Denver Central MarketSnooze (brunch), Beatrice & Woodsley, Osaka Ramen, Acorn, Park Burger, and Sexy Pizza (they deliver).
